At this time, we do not officially partner with just one rescue or organization.
Instead, we choose to donate to a variety of rescues and nonprofits on an ongoing basis. This allows us to spread support across multiple organizations — helping both larger established rescues and smaller local groups doing meaningful work in their communities.

While our brand is rooted in a deep love for dogs, our mission goes beyond that. We believe in creating space for slower moments, encouraging creativity without pressure, and supporting emotional wellbeing through simple, screen-free activities like coloring.
In addition to supporting animal rescues, we are open to contributing to efforts that support mental health or individuals going through difficult seasons.

We ship to most all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping cost. USPS/UPS/DHL will calculate the cost automatically.
To help make shipping more worthwhile, we offer book bundles, which allow you to order multiple volumes at once and maximize the value of your shipment.

Yes. All artwork in our books is hand-drawn and original to Chloe & Maisy Co.

As of 2026, our books are printed and manufactured in the USA and feature upgraded paper that is:
• Thicker
• Brighter white
• Designed for minimal ink spread or bleed
• Ideal for smooth blending
Please note: current inventory of Volumes 1 - 3 were produced with our previous manufacturer. We will share an update once all volumes transition to the new version.
Rest assured, remaining inventory is still high-quality and printed on thick cardstock designed to handle markers, pencils, and crayons.

If you’re using markers, we recommend placing a protective sheet behind your page to prevent transfer.
We offer our Chloe & Maisy Coloring Page Protector, a thick plastic sheet sized perfectly for your book to help keep the rest of your pages clean while you color.

Every coloring book order includes more than just the book! You’ll also receive a thick, colorable thank-you card and a free sticker — our little way of saying thanks and adding even more creativity to your package.

if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@chloeandmaisy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. we’ll review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement.
once an order has been shipped, chloe & maisy co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. any shipping-related claims must be handled directly with the carrier.
