No. The coloring pages are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, uploading, or reselling the files is not allowed. 

We typically process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

We ship to most all countries worldwide. Some shipping services may be limited in some countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

International shipping rates vary based on the order weight and destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping cost. USPS/UPS/DHL will calculate the cost automatically.

Yes. All artwork in our books is hand-drawn and original to Chloe & Maisy Co.

Our books are printed on thick, high-quality 180gsm cardstock designed to handle markers, pencils, and crayons with minimal bleed-through. We take pride in offering top-quality products that ensure our customers are always satisfied.

Every coloring book order includes more than just the book! You’ll also receive a thick, colorable thank-you card and a fun sticker sheet — our little way of saying thanks and adding even more creativity to your package.

We usually release a new Chloe & Maisy coloring book every 3–4 months. Join our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming volumes and special editions!

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@chloeandmaisy.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to help with a replacement.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Since we pack orders quickly, we may not always be able to honor every cancellation request.
